Our Team

Natalie has worked with The Cottage Pharmacy for over five years where she began as a lab technician and is now our Laboratory Manager. She is dedicated to ensuring the lab operations are smooth and the highest standards in quality control are met for every compound. Prior to working at The Cottage, she worked in hospital pharmacy in areas including aged care, palliative care, inpatient and outpatient services. Natalie is passionate about providing individually customised medication to see our patients obtain optimal health benefits. Natalie also has a passion for the Evergreen Skincare range that is made in our laboratories by our amazing team. Her sense of humour is contagious to those around her in the workplace. When Natalie isn’t working, she loves spending time with her family, friends, and fur babies (her two cats and a dog!)

Sam has been part of The Cottage team for nearly five years and in that time has grown into an integral leader within our pharmacy. Originally joining us in late 2021, she has since been promoted to Dispensary Manager — a role that reflects her dedication, reliability and deep commitment to both our team and our patients. Her enthusiasm, cheerful nature and steady positivity make her a valued presence in the pharmacy every day. Alongside Emma, Sam is often one of the first friendly faces our patients see. With her strong background in customer service, she consistently goes the extra mile to ensure every interaction is supportive, professional and welcoming. Sam has completed her Certificate II and III in Community Pharmacy and continues to expand her knowledge, with a keen interest in compounding. She has undertaken extensive training in our lab, giving her valuable insight into our compounded medications and strengthening her leadership within the dispensary. Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing card games with her family, catching up with friends and watching documentaries.

Alex serves as our Front of Shop and Operations Manager. She plays a key role in ensuring the store is always well-stocked, beautifully presented and running seamlessly day to day. From motivating the team on the shop floor to managing the essential administrative work behind the scenes, Alex helps keep everything organised, compliant and operating smoothly. While Alex does not come from a pharmacy background, she brings over 15 years of experience in customer service and approximately 10 years in management. Her leadership, efficiency and strong people skills are invaluable in supporting both our team and the overall patient experience. Outside of work, Alex takes every opportunity to head to the beach, loves to travel, and enjoys exploring our beautiful region on long walks with her two dogs.

Riddhi joined our team in 2025 as an Intern Pharmacist and has quickly become a valued member of our pharmacy family. She is deeply passionate about her profession and is always eager to expand her knowledge, embracing every opportunity to learn from our experienced team of pharmacists. With eight years of experience as an industrial pharmacist in India, Riddhi brings a strong foundation in medication knowledge and pharmaceutical practice. She has also successfully passed her KAPS examination in Australia, further strengthening her professional journey here. Outside of the pharmacy, Riddhi enjoys exploring Victoria with her husband, experimenting in the kitchen and is a bit of a foodie.

Chelsea joined our Torquay store in September 2022. Her extensive pharmacy experience made her an ideal candidate for her to move straight into compounding. Chelsea has completed her Certificate 1, 2 and 3 in community pharmacy, which includes her certificate in dispensing procedures. She has worked many years in pharmacy, including retail management, nursing home medication packing and dispensing. Chelsea's warm manner, exceptional work ethic and attention to detail has made her easily be an indispensable part of our team. In Chelsea's spare time, she loves playing with her 3 fur babies - 1 dachshund called Reginald and 2 cats called Pancakes and Ned. She also loves to bake which we hope to enjoy some treats in the near future!

Minh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and brings over 10 years of experience working in medical laboratories before joining our team. This background has given her exceptional attention to detail, as well as a strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene and efficiency — qualities that make her an outstanding laboratory technician at Coastal Compounding Pharmacy. Minh has also worked as a support worker for several years, where she developed a deep sense of compassion and strong skills in monitoring patient conditions. Her combined scientific knowledge and caring nature make her a valuable part of the team. She has a wonderful work ethic and takes pride in ensuring her tasks are completed each day, always leaving the workspace clean, organised and ready for the next person. Outside of work, Minh enjoys spending time with her young son and husband, as well as catching up with friends and extended family.

Sharon is a skilled Lab and Dispense Technician with nearly 20 years of pharmacy experience in Australia. Prior to moving to Australia, she was a licensed pharmacist in the Philippines. During her pharmacy studies there, she was involved in the preparation of a wide range of medication dosage forms, which helped develop her strong foundation in pharmaceutical compounding and patient care. Sharon is passionate about contributing to patient safety and high-quality care through precise and reliable compounding services. She brings positive energy to the team and approaches each day with a proactive attitude, always ready to tackle whatever the workday brings at Coastal Compounding Pharmacy. Outside of the pharmacy, Sharon also works with Barwon Health, where she continues to expand her knowledge and experience in healthcare. Alongside her professional commitments, she enjoys caring for her family and spending quality time with them.

Emma has been at The Cottage Pharmacy since our opening in 2015. She is an integral team member and has a passion for managing the beauty, skincare and giftware departments of the pharmacy. She is currently studying a dispensary technician course, and is very excited to be a part of the expansion of the company into Coastal Compounding Pharmacy in Torquay. Emma is extremely supportive and giving and will always help those around her. She is often one of the first people you will speak to when coming to the pharmacy. Her customer service is exceptional, and she will go above and beyond to ensure our patients are happy. Emma enjoys spending time with her beautiful family - weekends will find her watching her kids’ football, netball and dance competitions.

Ursula is a highly customer-focused member of our team with a genuine passion for helping people. She brings warmth, empathy and a consistently positive attitude to every interaction, making her a valued presence in the pharmacy. Currently undertaking studies to become a nurse, Ursula is expanding her clinical knowledge and gaining valuable insight from a broader healthcare perspective. This further strengthens her ability to support our patients with care, understanding and professionalism. Outside of work, Ursula enjoys spending time at the beach, catching up with friends and playing netball.

Zarli is one of the newer members of our team and has quickly found her place within the pharmacy. Having recently graduated from university with a strong interest in science, she brings curiosity, enthusiasm and a fresh perspective to her role. As one of the first points of contact for our customers, Zarli is always smiling, positive and ready to take on any challenge. She has already built strong relationships with both our team and our community, making a wonderful impression in a short space of time. Outside of work, Zarli leads a busy life. Alongside working two other jobs, she enjoys spending time with friends, travelling and attending live music events.

Kelsey has been part of our team for around two years and has grown beautifully in that time. Joining us fresh into the workforce, we have had the privilege of watching her build confidence, skills and experience, and she has become a valued and reliable member of our pharmacy family. Having completed her Certificate II in Community Pharmacy, Kelsey has developed strong foundational knowledge and continues to grow in her role. She has a natural love for organisation and is a friendly, welcoming face for our community each day. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys playing netball and spending quality time away with her family whenever she can.

Issy has been part of our team for approximately two years and brings a strong sense of confidence and a true “can-do” attitude to the pharmacy each day. She is always eager to help and learn wherever she can, consistently showing support for both her teammates and our community. With a natural initiative, Issy is known for her “what can I do next?” approach — keeping the pharmacy organised, tidy and running smoothly to ensure the best possible environment for both staff and patients. Outside of work, Issy enjoys travelling and going on long hikes with her family. She also balances her studies alongside two other jobs, making her one very dedicated and busy individual.
