Our Team

Natalie has worked with The Cottage Pharmacy for over five years where she began as a lab technician and is now our Laboratory Manager. She is dedicated to ensuring the lab operations are smooth and the highest standards in quality control are met for every compound. Prior to working at The Cottage, she worked in hospital pharmacy in areas including aged care, palliative care, inpatient and outpatient services. Natalie is passionate about providing individually customised medication to see our patients obtain optimal health benefits. Natalie also has a passion for the Evergreen Skincare range that is made in our laboratories by our amazing team. Her sense of humour is contagious to those around her in the workplace. When Natalie isn’t working, she loves spending time with her family, friends, and fur babies (her two cats and a dog!)

Tahlia has been with Cottage Pharmacy since 2019. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) at RMIT University. Tahlia is passionate about all aspects of pharmacy and is keen to learn as much as possible in order to be a great pharmacist in the future. Tahlia has a special interest in compounded medicines and has developed into a very skilled technician, ensuring all medication made in our labs are accurate and individualised to every patient. Tahlia is bright and bubbly and her good nature is infectious in the lab. When Tahlia is not working or studying, she loves to travel and spend time with friends and family.

Chelsea joined our Torquay store in September 2022. Her extensive pharmacy experience made her an ideal candidate for her to move straight into compounding. Chelsea has completed her Certificate 1, 2 and 3 in community pharmacy, which includes her certificate in dispensing procedures. She has worked many years in pharmacy, including retail management, nursing home medication packing and dispensing. Chelsea's warm manner, exceptional work ethic and attention to detail has made her easily be an indispensable part of our team. In Chelsea's spare time, she loves playing with her 3 fur babies - 1 dachshund called Reginald and 2 cats called Pancakes and Ned. She also loves to bake which we hope to enjoy some treats in the near future!

Sam joined The Cottage towards the end of 2021, and while new to pharmacy, has very quickly become an indispensable part of our team. Sam’s enthusiasm, cheerful nature and positivity is deeply valued by all those around her. Along with Emma, Sam is often a first point of contact for our patients and having five years previous customer service, Sam will also go the extra mile to help. Sam is currently studying Certificate 2 and 3 in community pharmacy and is very eager to learn about compounding pharmacy. She oversees the vitamin and complementary medicine departments. In her spare time, she enjoys playing card games with her family as well as catching up with friends and watching documentaries.

Jackie started with us in September 2022. She has over 20 years working in pharmacy, including retail management, business development manager for a pharmacy group and extensive years of dispensing and medication packing. Jackie has a bright and bubbly personality and loves caring for all of our customers needs. Her passion and enthusiasm for pharmacy and helping customers makes her an outstanding member of our team. Jackie's weekends involves spending time with her family (including her 2 beautiful children), friends and reading. She also loves to play and umpire netball.

Emma has been at The Cottage Pharmacy since our opening in 2015. She is an integral team member and has a passion for managing the beauty, skincare and giftware departments of the pharmacy. She is currently studying a dispensary technician course, and is very excited to be a part of the expansion of the company into Coastal Compounding Pharmacy in Torquay. Emma is extremely supportive and giving and will always help those around her. She is often one of the first people you will speak to when coming to the pharmacy. Her customer service is exceptional, and she will go above and beyond to ensure our patients are happy. Emma enjoys spending time with her beautiful family - weekends will find her watching her kids’ football, netball and dance competitions.

Chelsea is our newest staff member - she joined us in February 2023 and is working at our Torquay store. Chelsea is already a valuable member of our team with her positivity, happy nature and cheerful disposition. Chelsea finished her studies last year and has previous retail experience working during her high school years. Chelsea has just started a pharmacy traineeship with us and is the first point of contact for our customers. Chelsea goes the extra mile for our customers, which shows with her enthusiasm and bubbly personality. In her spare time, Chelsea coaches netball, loves to go camping with her family and friends, as well as playing with her 2 golden retrievers Sammy and Daisy.
